Welcome to Grizpy3 ("Platform", "Website", "Marketplace"). By accessing, registering on, or purchasing through www.grizpy3organics.com, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Marketplace Platform
Grizpy3 is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors, brands, manufacturers, and sellers offering organic, sustainable, and wellness products.
Grizpy3 acts solely as a facilitator and marketplace platform and is not the manufacturer, producer, or owner of products listed on the Platform.
2. Product Quality, Quantity & Vendor Responsibility
All products available on Grizpy3 are listed and supplied by independent vendors.
The respective vendor shall be solely responsible for:
Product quality
Product quantity
Product safety
Product packaging
Product freshness, expiry, and shelf life
Product authenticity and certifications
Grizpy3 shall not be held liable for any deficiency, defect, shortage, damage, contamination, or quality-related concerns arising from products supplied by vendors.
3. Accuracy of Product Information
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of:
Product descriptions
Images
Ingredients
Nutritional information
Certifications
Lab reports
Claims, declarations, and representations made regarding products
Any incorrect, misleading, false, or fraudulent declaration shall be the sole responsibility of the respective vendor.
4. Verification of Vendors & Documents
Grizpy3 endeavours to verify vendor credentials, certifications, registrations, and available laboratory reports to the best of its ability and based on documents submitted by vendors.
However, Grizpy3 does not guarantee, warrant, or certify the absolute accuracy, completeness, or validity of such documents and shall not be liable for any misrepresentation made by vendors.
5. Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must record a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package received.
For claims related to:
Damaged products
Missing items
Incorrect products
Quantity discrepancies
Packaging issues
customers must email the complete unboxing video to info@grizpy3organics.com within 5 (five) working days from the date of delivery.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the specified timeline may not be entertained.
6. Return & Refund Policy
Products may be returned only under the following circumstances:
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during transit
Quantity mismatch
Quality issues
Product materially differs from the description displayed on the Platform
Return requests based on the following reasons shall not be accepted:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Change in purchase decision
Product no longer required
7. Food & Consumable Products
Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, food products, beverages, consumables, and edible items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or partially consumed.
Returns for unopened food and consumable products shall be considered only in cases of:
Damage during transit
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Expired products received
subject to verification and approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
Grizpy3's liability, if any, shall be limited solely to facilitating communication between the customer and the vendor for resolution of disputes.
Under no circumstances shall Grizpy3 be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of products listed on the Platform.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on Grizpy3, placing an order, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
